Do you eat sides of bread???.... I do.... but my kids just dont when it comes to certain sandwiches. So what to do with leftover sides. Dont just throw it away. Pop them in a baking tray and bake them 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Let it cool down to room temperature, grind and then store it in a clean jar.
You can use these when making cutlets, rolls, cheese sticks and a lot more. Comes in handy all the time

Here is the stir....
- Cut the bread slices into thin strips or pieces
- Lay them in a baking tray in a single layer
- Bake it at 180 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until crisp
- Leave it on the kitchen counter till it comes to room temperature
- Put them in a mixie jar and grind it. Have it fine or coarse as per your choice or need
- Store in an airtight container till use
Note:
- Keep an eye on the slices when baking. Little more time than needed will burn the crumbs
- Store in the fridge for longer shelf life
- Cut the slices thin will help baking faster
