Homemade Breadcrumbs

Do you eat sides of bread???.... I do.... but my kids just dont when it comes to certain sandwiches. So what to do with leftover sides. Dont just throw it away. Pop them in a baking tray and bake them 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until crispy. Let it cool down to room temperature, grind and then store it in a clean jar.

You can use these when making cutlets, rolls, cheese sticks and a lot more. Comes in handy all the time
