Ragi Cookies

I wanted to try some healthy cookies. Thought of using ragi flour as that was what I had on hand. The first time I made it I was not happy with the results as I could taste the raw nutty flavour of ragi flour in every bite I took. Thought of roasting the flour next time and also added a little dry roasted oats to cut down the nutty flavour and yes it worked. The cookies came out great and I loved every bite of it

Eating all-flour cookies all the time makes me feel guilty. Once in a while eating these goodness filled cookies helps us in enjoying munchies guilt-free. A trial which turned out to be a hit in our kitchen. The kids did not eat coz of the colour which they did not feel very inviting. For me and my hubby it tasted perfect and we enjoyed eating all of them :)
