This is one simple pachadi / raita that I have loved from when I was a kid. Me and my Dad love it a lot. Its simple to make and yet yummy till the last spoon. Well.... you got to try this and enjoy
Serve option... Room tempertaure
This is what u'll need....
Ladies finger/Okra - 10-12 nos
Pearl onions - 10 nos
Red chillies - 1 or 2
Curd - 1 cup
Mustard seeds
Oil - 1 tbspn
Salt to taste

Here is the stir....
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a shallow fry pan. When the oil is hot enough add mustard seeds
- Add dry red chillies and sliced pearl onions
- Saute onions for about a minute
- Chop okra and add it to the pan
- Fry this all on medium heat until okra is not sticky
- Sprinkle salt and give it a final stir
- Transfer fried okra into a bowl
- Spoon in curd just before serving and give it a good stir
- Serve fresh and enjoy. This tastes good when served fresh unlike other raitas that taste better when rested for a while
- Fry okra till you remove the stickiness
- Dont add too much oil
- Keep salt on the lower end
