Egg masala

A quick to serve egg curry masala that is satisfying to the fullest extent. I love this as it has the needed spice and the simple touch that you would long for in day-to-day recipes

Serves... 2 ppl
Serve option... Hot rice or chapathis

This is what u'll need....

Boiled eggs 4
Onion 1 big
Tomato 1 big
Green chilli 2
Red chilli powder 1 tspn
Coriander powder 1/2 tspn
Cumin powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala 1 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbspn

Here is the stir....
  • Deshell and cut the egg into small pieces and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions,salt. Fry for 2-3 mins
  • Add slit green chillies and chopped tomatoes. Fry this for a minute
  • Toss in red chilli, coriander, cumin and garam masala powders and give a quic stir. Cook for a minute or two and add the egg pieces. Toss it around the pan so that all the pieces are evenly coated with the masala
  • Serve hot with chapathis for a satisfying dinner
