Chicken nuggets are every kids favourite. I make it my mincing meat and then adding egg and spices to it. Finally they are shaped and fried till done. I also make it using the breading method which tastes very different from the minced style. They both taste very different and also very good

This is what u'll need...
Chicken boneless pieces - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
Mixed herbs - 1/2 tspn
Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1
Maida / All-purpose flour - 2 tbspn
Oil - for frying
Salt to taste

Here is the stir....
- I have cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces to fasten the cooking process. Wash the chicken well and add it to a wide bowl
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of mixed herbs and salt to taste
- Mix everything well so that the chicken pieces are coated well with the spices. Le this chill sit for atleast 30 minutes. I usually marinate it for a day/overnight. That way it soaks up the flavours deep into the meat
- When ready to fry the nuggets prepare the bowls for breading. In the first bowl put 2 tablespoons of flour and spread it. In the second bowl crack open an egg and whisk it well. In the third spread some breadcrumbs
- For breading the chicken pieces, pick a piece of chicken and roll it in flour
- Dip the floured chicken in the whisked egg
- Roll the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs so that it is well coated
- Repeat this process with all the chicken pieces
- Slide the chicken pieces into hot oil and fry till golden brown and crispy
- When done, remove the nuggets on paper towel to remove excess oil
- Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy
Note:
- Keep the chicken pieces small to make the cooking process faster
- You can add whatever spices you want, I have just used minimal
- You can repeat the breading process one more time to make the nuggets more crisp on the outside
