OSoya is good for health and bringing this goodness to the table is a need. This recipe is of a simple sabji that can be had with rice. A simple way to include it in your diet :)
This is what u'll need....
Soya granules 1 cup
Onion 1 small
Mustard seeds 1tspn
Urad dal 1 tspn
Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
Garam masala powder 1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbspn

Here is the stir....
- Cook soya, drain and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal
- Toss in chopped onions, salt and fry till translucent. Add chilli powder and cook for a minute or two
- Add soya and mix everything together. Sprinkle garam masala and turn off the flame after a minute
- Serve warm with hot rice and dal
