An intense craving to eat a little cake but then not feeling like baking a full cake or not wanting to wait long before you could make and eat it????? then here's your solution like I had... mug cake. Mug cake makes a perfect dessert that makes individual portions. Make it in a minute and enjoy it to the fullest. The best part is that you can put them together in a few seconds and have it any time.
Tried this recipe for chocolate cake and well it was perfect to taste. I started with some other recipe but it turned out too dense and I could taste too much flour. Made a few changes next time and it turned out perfectly moist and soft. From there on there has been no stopping. Tried a lot more versions of mug cakes after that and now I bake more mug cakes than cakes :) (Will try to post the recipes soon). The fun part is that I can try different varieties without making a big batch every time.
