This is what u'll need...
Sweet potato - 2
Oil - for frying
Oil - for frying
Here is the stir....
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes
- Heat oil in a kadhai to a high temperature
- Thinly slice the sweet potatoes. I use a peeler to make thin long slices
- Drop a few slices into hot oil and give it a quick stir
- Turn down the flame to medium and keep frying until the chips turn crisp
- Remove from oil and drain them on paper towels
- Let it cool to room temperature and then store them in airtight container
- Grab a few whenever you want and enjoy your snack
Note:
- Using a peeler rather than a slicer give nice thin long pieces
- Fry the chips on medium flame
- Cool them completely before storing
