Finger food is so perfect for kids. Less messy and more easy to handle. The best part is that it is more appealing to the kids. Above all this recipe here makes their taste and look like pizza so the kids will have double-fun party-time when they get to eat this. Very quick to put together and perfect to enjoy as an evening snack .... this recipe always has been handy

This is what u'll need....
Bread - 5 slices
Onion - 1 big
Capsicum chopped- 1/2 cup
Fresh paneer from half a litre of milk
Cheese - 2-3 cubes
Oregano seasoning - 2 tspn
Red chilli flakes - 1 tspn
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbspn
Chilli sauce - 1 tspn
Salt to taste

Red chilli flakes - 1 tspn

Here is the stir....
- Chop onion and capsicum and toss them into a wide-mouthed bowl
- Make chena/paneer from half a litre of milk. If you looking for a how-to then here it is. Add this to the bowl
- Time for some seasoning. Add some oregano, red chilli flakes and salt(if needed)
- Pick a slice of bread. Toast it for a few seconds till it gets slightly golden
- Spread a little ketchup+red chilli sauce on one side of the bread
- Place a little amount of the prepared mixture
- Top it all with some shredded cheese
- Now put them on a baking tray and bake it in a 180 degrees preheated heated oven till cheese melts... say around 5 mins
- Remove it from the oven and it sit for a few minutes before you serve
- Slice each bread into 3 long pieces
- serve warm and let the kids enjoy
- Dont cook for too long after the cheese else the cheese tends to chewier or rubbery
- If you dont have or dont want red chilli sauce you can omit it
- Let it cool a little before you can serve to kids
