This is what u'll need....
Sweet corn cob - 2
Butter - 1 tspn
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Onion - 1
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tspn
Oregano seasoning - 1/2 tspn
Pepper powder - 1/4 tspn
Crumbled Paneer - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Here is the stir....
- Cook the corn in a pressure cooker with a little salt and remove the kernel. Keep it aside
- Heat a teaspoon of butter in a pan
- Finely chop the garlic cloves and toss them into the butter
- Saute till you smell the garlicky aroma filling your kitchen space
- Chop onions finely and toss it into the pan
- Sprinkle a little salt and cook till the onions turn soft
- Add oregano seasoning, red chilli flakes and pepper powder to taste
- Now add the corn kernels to the pan
- Add some fresh crumbled paneer to the mixture
- Stir everything around till all comes together
- Take a bread slice and spread 2 tablespoon of the filling on it
- Cover it with another slice of bread
- Put this in a toaster and cook till golden
- Serve hot and enjoy
Note:
- Use fresh paneer for better taste
- Dont cook for a long time after adding the paneer
- Adjust spice levels to suit your taste
