This is simple recipe that comes in handy for breakfast as well evening snack. It is a little sweet and has a soft texture that always will keep you wanting more. My kid loves it so I make them quite often for those little hands to hold and the little tummy to enjoy.
This is what u'll need....
White bread - 4 slices
Eggs - 2
Heavy cream / Milk - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2-3 tbspn
Salt a pinch
Oil

Here is the stir....
- Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
- Pour 1/4 cup of milk into the bowl
- Add sugar to the bowl as per your taste
- Whisk everything using a small whisk or fork
- Heat a pan on medium flame
- Cut the bread slices into triangles
- Dip each slice into the egg mixture so that the bread is completely coated
- Pour a few drops of oil on the tawa or pan. Place the drenched bread slices on the pan
- Cook on medium flame so that the bread is cooked thoroughly inside
- Flip to cook on the other side and cook till golden brown
- Once done transfer the cooked bread slices to a plate
Notes:
- Add sugar as per your taste
- Cream will give more creamier taste than milk but its upto you. You can use either
- Cook on medium to low flame to cook it through
