What do you do when milk gets spoilt or there little leftover milk. Well I make this instant sweet to treat myself. Take the crumbled paneer and add sugar to it. Saute for a couple of minutes and you are done. To it with nuts and enjoy
Serve option... Hot
This is what u'll need....
Milk - 2 cups
Or
Crumbled Paneer - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tbspn
Elaichi / Cardamom - 1/2
Or
Crumbled Paneer - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1 tbspn
Elaichi / Cardamom - 1/2
Here is the stir....
- Take crumbled paneer or if you have milk then bring it to a boil and add a tspn of vinegar to it. The paneer will get separated. Drain excess liquid and use
- Put the crumbled paneer into a nonstick pan
- Stir it on low flame
- Once the mixture is a little dry add a tablespoon of sugar to it
- Let it cook for a minute till the sugar dissolves and the mixture looks glossy
- Add a pinch of cardamom powder and stir
- Serve it warm garnished with chopped almonds and enjoy
Note:
- Keep the flame low. It will not take more than couple of minutes as the mixture is very less
- Adjust sugar as per you taste
